Chad Ward is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercises specialist through The National Academy of Sports Medicine.
A graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, Chad has worked in the fields of Physical Therapy, Personal Training, and Strength & Conditioning since graduation. During this time he has worked with a variety of clients including men, women and youth athletes of all ages and backgrounds.
Chad has had a lifelong passion for sports and training. He excelled at both football and lacrosse in high school and earned a scholarship to play lacrosse at St. Andrews University.
Chad’s exercise programs are designed using science along with his experience as an athlete, strength coach, personal trainer and rehab tech. His programming includes a variety of methods and exercises that include Olympic lifts and foam rollers and caters to a wide range of clients, from youth to professional athletes.
