Capital City Sports Academy’s Athlete Training program provides training focused on developing speed, agility, quickness and athletic power for athletes of all sports. Our program focuses on strength and conditioning and speed and agility through small group and individual sessions. Our program will result in athletes becoming stronger and faster and prepare them to face and conquer the elite DC Metro competition.
We have also adopted high-quality training principles and programming to train adults of all fitness levels and abilities through small-group boot camp classes and personal training offerings. Our small group training sessions are conducted by certified and experienced coaches who provide personalized guidance and coaching while our personal training is geared to help individuals meet their fitness goals.
